30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you (and your pet) to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your Milo’s Paw Shop product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
  • The product should be in good condition — normal wear from use during the trial period is acceptable
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase

Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications may not be eligible for a full refund. We'll review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Ship the product back using the provided instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

All Milo’s Paw Shop products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase under normal use, contact us and we'll provide a replacement at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.
